    Older facility in need of upkeep. Loud ac, broken shower heads, dirty jacuzzi tub. In both rooms.

    From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by exceptionally friendly staff and outstanding service, creating the perfect atmosphere to truly relax. We booked the Deluxe Room with Sea View and it was absolutely worth it. The view is breathtaking, the resort is beautifully designed and well-appointed and every member of the staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful. We would especially like to mention Lyn and Rey, who were particularly kind and made our stay even more memorable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! We will definitely be returning and wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway 😊

    Me my mrs n daughter ordered the deluxe seaview room turned up late on 22nd july 11.pm was told problem with plumbing in our room could we stay in another rooms i said of course this happens! We stayed for 3 nights they changed us to a worse room still no whirlpool bath! All in all we changed room four times and didnt sea a whirlpool bath told customer service only to be told on mutiple ocations their nothing they can do i even told them i have no chouse to complain to agoda wich i did only to be told i couldnt be moved and the only compensation available was a 20% what they underpaid think they need a new accountant
