• THE NEIGHBORHOOD: It is a very peaceful, calm place to call home or vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint, centrally located, but still tucked away from the rest of the city. It is in a small quaint neighborhood on a dead-end street with the surrounding streets also being dead-end roads, so there's never any random through-traffic or strangers in the neighborhood. There is only 1 neighbor in the immediate vicinity located to the left of the property, but no one lives across the street.
• THE LOCATION: This home is centrally located right off the northeast 610 Houston Beltway highway. It is also centrally located between the 6 major Houston highway/thruway roads, so you always have a way to get to your destination without getting stuck in traffic.
• HOTSPOTS NEARBY: It is just a 15-20 min drive to both George Bush International Airport (IAH) and Houston Hobby Airport (HOU), situated perfectly between both airports. It is just a 10 minute drive to Downtown Houston and 10-15 minute drive to the most popular Houston destinations: the Houston Heights, EADO (East Downtown), Houston Medical Center, Houston Zoo, Museum District, Herman Park, Galleria area, etc. Only 30 minutes to the NASA Space Museum, Pearland, the Woodlands, Katy, and Kemah Boardwalk. Only 45-60min drive to Galveston Beach.
