A 2,500 SF one story single family home is located in a 10,000 SF lot with huge back yard and front yard. it has been completely remodeled in 2020 as the countryside home with large four bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large living room, nice new kitchen etc. A big back yard with the large concrete drive way and the house patio is the ideal place for BBQ. 5 minutes to Freeway and 15 minutes to Downtown, it is convenient for every thing.

The owner was super easy to talk to and get a hold of!! The house was amazing lots of space nobody felt cramped. Very quiet neighborhood! I would definitely book again on my next visit!

Only enough beds for 12 people. The futon doesn’t have sheets or pillows. The couch could sleep 2 on it. There was only 11 bath towels. No hooks in bathroom to hang towels on. One towel bar to far away from shower to get it without completely and soaking the tile floor and no extra towels to dry it up.
Washer and dryer’s There are 2 of each only one 1 of each works and you have to turn on the gas to run the dryer it says to run both dryers at the same time but you can’t because the other one doesn’t work. The washer is loud sounds like an airplane about to take off or land. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving the dryer going when we left or went to bed because of it saying the gas needs to be turned off after.
There is hardly dishes to use. Only 5 bowls 5 miss matched cups. And very few other things. We pre washed our dishes because several things we pulled out where dirty.
The driveway gait and bar gait on back door are locked with combination locks the driveway lock is very hard operate.
There are roosters and a dog next door It woke us up 4am each day.
Listing says hot tub, jacuzzi tub pool table, and fireplace none are in it but I didn’t expect them.
there is another apartment on the side of the house with a window into yard where cars are parked. It also shares the living room wall and you can hear people through It felt very strange and like it needed to be disclosed in the listing.
The kitchen ceiling leaks. No bedside tables.
