The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features 2 separate bedrooms measuring 20 sqm and 12 sqm, plus a bathroom with bathtub and shower partition. You will find an open living and dining area with an adjacent fully equipped private kitchen. Amenities include WiFi, TV, fan, washer, and dryer. Bed linens, towels, dish towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, tea, coffee pods, spices, salt, pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap are provided. Please bring your own beach towels and dog towels.
Step outside to explore the magnificent 3500 sqm ornamental garden, lovingly designed and completely available for your use. From mid-June onward, you can admire 1400 different varieties of blooming daylilies throughout the garden. Relax in the hammock or hanging chair beneath the old apple trees, or enjoy meals on the shared uncovered terrace using your private grill.
Shared parking for 3 vehicles is available at the property, and public transportation is accessible nearby. Up to 2 pets are welcome to join your stay. Shared bike storage is provided for cycling adventures. Events are not permitted on the property. Toys and books for children are available, and you can enjoy the property's own produce including fresh fruits, homemade jam, and honey during your visit.
