You’re perfectly positioned between Avalon and Whale Beach – just a 20-minute walk to either, or a 30-minute stroll into Avalon Village for cafés, boutiques, and local charm.
After a day at the beach, unwind in the six-person outdoor spa surrounded by lush greenery. The outdoor lounge and BBQ area are ideal for long, lazy lunches, while out front there’s a ping pong table and dartboard for a bit of friendly competition.
Inside, the home is bright, airy, and comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating throughout.
