A breakfast bar with stools offers a relaxed spot for casual bites, while the adjacent dining area for eight connects seamlessly to the covered alfresco zone beyond.
Outdoors, the experience unfolds across beautifully layered spaces. A covered patio invites long, relaxed meals, with dining and lounge seating surrounded by lush greenery, while an elevated deck offers an additional place to stretch out and unwind. The private pool and sun loungers are ideal for cooling off between swims or settling in with a book. The tiered garden enhances the sense of space and seclusion, offering pockets for unwinding and embracing the coastal lifestyle.
Upstairs, all bedrooms are thoughtfully styled for rest. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite, while two additional bedrooms offer queen beds with soft, calming tones. A fourth bedroom with single bunk beds is ideal for younger guests. A dedicated workspace sits within the second bedroom, providing a quiet corner for focus when needed. Two full bathrooms upstairs and an additional toilet on the lower level ensure convenience for groups, while a separate laundry with a washer and dryer supports longer stays.
Ceiling fans are in all rooms, supported by a gas heater in the main living area and an additional portable heater. One dedicated carport space is available, with additional street parking nearby for extra vehicles.

Please note that there is a separate granny flat on the lower ground floor with its own private entrance. This area is locked and not accessible to guests, though it may be occupied during your stay.
