The kitchen is spacious and well-appointed, featuring modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and fridge, ideal for everything from easy breakfasts to shared meals. A breakfast bar with stools offers a relaxed spot for casual bites, while the adjacent dining area for eight connects seamlessly to the covered alfresco zone beyond.

Please note that there is a separate granny flat on the lower ground floor with its own private entrance. This area is locked and not accessible to guests, though it may be occupied during your stay.
