Two full bathrooms upstairs, an additional toilet downstairs and a separate laundry with a washer and dryer add convenience to longer stays.
Ceiling fans throughout, together with a gas heater in the main living area and an additional portable heater, ensure year-round comfort. A dedicated carport and additional street parking nearby provide added convenience for those travelling with multiple vehicles.
