    Hotel is little bit old in architecture, but the location is unique and. Very easy 250 metre walk to beach, 7 eleven and several restaurants nearby.. if you have booked tour packages, this is best for pickup.. Staff and Owner very friendly.. Overall Budget stay with very good location

    Let’s tell you the full story We reserved 2 rooms for 6 days by using agoda It was 5 stars reaort named (liberty patong resort) The truth is 💩 2 stars old asian house with zero facilities Zero privacy Elevator not available When you check in you take your luggage upstairs by your self One of the rooms with no hot water The other is on the street with all noise nagging in my head till morning No location available on google maps No pool available (they used to show photos of pool in agoda) The reception team are rude and not professional except the night shift one (girl with short hair) is very friendly and cooperative. Has two benefits only(location , clean bed sheets) Final rating is 3/10

    Yes the hotel is little old and low on amenities but wasn't a discomfort as the staff waited till past midnight to recieve us, good staff and no disturbance and best thing bagla street and patong beach at 10 min walk. Go if you are not a comfort and luxury freak.

    I have a pretty high tolerance for rooms but this one got me. I knew something was off when the name of the hotel didn’t come up on Grab from the Airport. I figured out roughly where it should be from Google Maps. Grab dropped me nearby but even they didn’t know where it was. I asked a lady at a business if she knew the hotel but she didn’t know it by name. I showed her the photo on Agoda and she literally laughed out loud and then pointed me up the street. The place looked nothing like the photo, not even close. However, the exterior isn’t my normal concern so I let it slide. When I got to the room, that’s when I knew. It was dark/dingy with a moldy type smell. Then I opened the bathroom door and straight sewer smell hit me in the face. It was terrible. There was no way I was going to stay. I found another hotel close and checked out. I was there for less than 2 hours. I saw some other reviews giving it a high grade, but that wasn’t my experience. I would never stay there if I return.
