This is my 1st trip to Kerela and got the lemon Tree as my stay. Very happy with the stay and staff and all the people are very kind and generous.

Our family had a lovely stay here. The hotel was very clean, food was delicious, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Great place for a peaceful family getaway. Highly recommended!

We chose Lemon Tree Premier, Thiruvananthapuram because it was a new hotel, but our stay was disappointing.
At check-in, we asked about an upgrade and were told the hotel was full, which we understood. Later, the manager told my husband he would upgrade us the next day. When we checked at the front desk, we were told someone would call us, but no one did. We were too tired to follow up again and let it go.
Before going out the following day, we asked for our room to be cleaned and for fresh towels. When we returned, the room was exactly as we had left it. Housekeeping came only after my husband called, and they cleaned while we were in the room. The bathroom was still not cleaned properly.
We also went to the hotel’s kebab restaurant for dinner, but there was no staff there. We had to ask someone from the neighbouring restaurant to let them know we were waiting. When a staff member finally arrived, most of the dishes we wanted to order were unavailable, so we went elsewhere for dinner.
The most frustrating issue was the shower drainage. Water pooled so quickly that we had to turn off the shower and wait for it to drain before continuing. The room was also very small. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying here again.
