Enjoy the convenience of being only a 5 minute-walk to downtown Black Mountain to all the shops, breweries and restaurants. Extremely large fully fenced back yard paradise. Including a mid century one of a kind designed fire pit with seating for 6. Large out door dining space with seating for 8. Swing set and the cutest little pink mid century kids playhouse with all the tools for hours of playtime.
Upstairs of home is a split design with 2 areas. 4 twin size beds upstairs. Please note this area does not have any dividing walls. It is one large space.
