On the outskirts, 500 m from the centre, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 10 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: property 200 m2, garden 200 m2. In the house: central heating system. Narrow motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Rabius, Vitg" 600 m, railway station "Rabius-Surrein" 1 km.
