Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), garden (fenced) lawn and flowers, meadow. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to 20 m from the house. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Parking at the house at 20 m single garage at the house at 20 m. Shop 500 m, grocery 400 m, shopping centre 7 km, restaurant, café 400 m, railway station "Tavanasa" 400 m.
