On the outskirts, 200 m from the centre of Tavanasa, in the district Breil, Brigels, 50 m from the river, south facing position. Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), garden (fenced) lawn and flowers, meadow. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to 20 m from the house. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Parking at the house at 20 m single garage at the house at 20 m. Shop 500 m, grocery 400 m, shopping centre 7 km, restaurant, café 400 m, railway station "Tavanasa" 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, chair lift 5 km, skisport facilities 5 km, slopes 5 km, ski school 5 km, sled run 5 km, cross country ski track 5 km. Gemütliches und grosses Haus an guter Lage.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der grosse, eingezäunte Garten bietet viel Platz zum Spielen. Das einzig störende war der Verkehrslärm, da das Haus direkt an viel befahrenen Strassen liegt. In 2 Gehminuten ist man am Rheinweg mit idyllischen Plätzen.
