Conveniently located 350 yards from the shore, this stylish two-story 4BR/3BA condo is the perfect family beach getaway. Walk to the beach -- when you return, rinse off in the outdoor shower. Get a breath of fresh ocean air from the comfort of a private master balcony, complete with a magnificent crows nest view of the surrounding location. Area activities include surfing, swimming, boogie boarding, fishing, boating, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Plus, youre just 1 block from Lake Park Boulevard, making access to local shopping, dining, and entertainment a breeze!

An open living area boasts sleek hardwood floors, modern furnishings and decor, and balcony access. Gather on a plush sectional, and watch favorite shows on a 50 flat-screen TV. Theres also an intimate table for two.

The modern kitchen features black granite countertops and a convenient kitchen island with seating for two. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a dishwasher, crockpot, and an electric range. When its time to eat, a formal dining area seats four.
BED & BATH
Retire to a peaceful master suite furnished with a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. Step onto the private master balcony. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.
The second guest room contains a full-size bed and a sliding glass door that can be opened to allow in the fresh ocean air.
In the third bedroom, you'll find two twin beds and a flat-screen TV, and the fourth guest room has a comfy queen bed and a flat-screen TV.

The location was excellent. The house was clean and had plenty of room. We loved being on the no-outlet end of the road. While the kitchen was spacious, it was missing adequate dishes and pots that we needed, especially considering we prepare all of our meals. The dishwasher does not work well, so prepare to hand wash your dishes—which was a lot for us. The instructions for accessing the outdoor storage were incorrect. I had to call customer service then wait for a call from the host. I was offended when she asked why we were needing to access storage. First of all, it’s where the grill was supposed to be. The listing also indicated there were other beach items that could be used. There was no grill. The only grill was a very small one with a broken grill. So, we couldn’t really use it, which was unfortunate since we had planned to grill most of our food. And the other items in storage were old and/or broken, so they couldn’t be used.

It is a very short walk to the beach! The house is clean and beds are comfortable. This house has everything you need for a beach vacation!

Stayed in July 2025. House is beautiful. Nice, quiet street. We never heard any noise from neighbors, the road, traffic, people. Felt secluded, but very close to the beach, and directly across from a public access. Great location.
The house had a lot of room for the 7 of us. Never once felt cramped.
Large living room area. I did feel there wasn't ample couch seating for the number of guests, but when people sat at the dining table, everyone could gather in the space.
Kitchen was nice and open. Some of the kitchen necessities were a bit lacking. Only seven plates, 5 shallow bowls, basic drink ware seemed sparse. There was a cookie sheet, a roasting tray, a crockpot, several blenders, a coffee maker/pot and 4-slice toaster. So if you need anything else, bring it.
Each room was large and comfortable. I was happy with the bed in the master, and no one else complained about their beds, so they were happy too. A/C worked great, kept the place nice and cool on those hot days.
Water pressure and temperature were great. Kept up with all of the guests with no problem.
I would stay at this property again if I need place for as many people as we had this year.
Would give 4.5-stars due to a maintenance issue that wasn't Vacasa or really the homeowners fault. (Vacasa responded very quickly, and got it fixed fast) Less kitchen supplies than other places I've stayed. Needing a bit more couch seating for larger groups. And a large bug we found in one room, but we saw no other evidence of more bugs. So I rounded up to 5.
