New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.
Come let your cares blow away at Passing Winds. Relax in the swing on the upper-level screened porch and watch the sun melt into the sound. This home is fully loaded and decorated with a comfortable and personal touch.
There is something for everyone - awesome ocean beaches, a dip in the 13' x 27' private saltwater pool or hot tub, a game of pool in the game room with wet bar and refrigerator, or a movie in the comfortable great room with a 32-inch TV. The great room also has surround sound and a gas fireplace for cool nights.
The kids will enjoy the Playstation 2 games in their room. The family can walk or bike to the ice cream shop, or you can stay behind for some quiet time to relax and read a book in the hammock.
Enjoy beautiful ocean and sound views, especially from the fourth-floor loft. Two main bedrooms with private decks and two additional bedrooms offer restful places to catch a few winks. The house exceeded initial expectations and fit our crew perfectly. We were pleasantly surprised at recent updates not shown in listing images (appliances, sofa/chairs, flooring), the beautiful sunsets from the front deck, & comfortable, clean beds. There was a provided charcoal grill & corn hole boards also not notated in listing but nice perk! Spacious pool, pool deck & hot tub. Nice outdoor shower, as well! The home was clean but could’ve used a good floor cleaning, new shower liners, & better attention to dog hair. Otherwise, no complaints! A couple things to note: the beach is an extended 9 minute walk. While it was fine for our group, it definitely can be far for some. Many exterior doors had trouble shutting/latching/locking. There is also several wasp nests (2 from our group got stung) that need to be attended to. With all of this said, we did have a GREAT vacation and will be back!!

Walked into a home that wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests but the property manager responded quickly to my call and sent a team over to clean the house. Still some minor cleanliness issues/ stains but overall a nice home!
