This second-row, reverse floor plan home is located in the beautiful seaside community of Sandcastles in the heart of Surf City. Although considered second row, there is no street to cross — just a courtyard between the oceanfront and street-side duplexes — making the beach access at the end of Dolphin Street only steps away. We loved the beach and the view of the ocean

We had 2 couples with 2 kids each stay here. I was worried about it feeling too small with 2 families like that, but it was plenty spacious, the beds and couches were all comfortable. The beach access is within view from the decks, so we had maybe a 1 min walk to the beach which was perfect. The storage shed had TONS of toys for kids, the boogie boards were mostly broken and an umbrella too, but the toys were nice to have. The property could use a hardwood sweeper rather than a big carpet one that has a conversion for hardwood. The sand was just a little hard to get picked up with this kind of sweeper. The large coffee pot also did not work, but there was a small one that did, so that’s what we used. Overall we were extremely pleased with the beach house.

We enjoyed the property for our family vacation it was a great location vwry close beach access the home was clean and pet friendly. We would definitely stay there again.
