    La piscina estaba limpia y tenían toallas, pero es un poquito engorroso llegar a ella, el personal es increíblemente amable, la tina de hidromasaje estaba muy sucia al prender la opción de hidromasaje, salían basuritas de los agujeros. La habitación estaba limpia y a pesar de ser pequeña, se aprecia que esté muy bien equipada. Hay que llegar a cerrar las cortinas porque hay edificios/oficinas al frente (no hay una vista increíble, pero es el centro de santiago, la conectividad está por sobre ese aspecto). Al llegar al hotel pagamos *** a pesar de que la app nos decía un valor mucho más bajo, pero asumimos que es por el iva

    Advertises as a 4 star, but really a good 3-star. We had threadbare towels, but this eventually improved. Shower in the bath, unfortunately, with low water pressure and modest warmth. Location pretty good. Supermarket close.
