Step outside to your private heated pool($85/day fee. Call the office to add pool heat), complete with a poolside bar and fridge to keep drinks cool and snacks close. A retractable glass garage door connects the indoor lounge to the pool deck, while a sleek awning lifts to reveal a shaded serving space—perfect for poolside lounging. Grill seafood or burgers, dine outdoors, play cornhole, or try the putting mat. Head to the third-floor deck for sunset cocktails in rocking chairs. Built-in Sonos speakers on every level, including the pool area, let you enjoy music throughout your stay. Complimentary towels and beach gear are ready to go—just head out for a perfect day in the sand. Pool heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after booking.

This property is amazing! Perfect family stay that has everything you could think of needed during your vacation. We will absolutely stay at this property for future beach trips! Host/owners are also very responsive to any questions/needs during your stay.

To put it simply, this was the nicest vacation home our family has ever stayed in! We had such a blast enjoying a week in this beautiful home. The home owners have a very good eye for design, as EVERYTHING in the home is/seems high-end! From the unlimited quality kitchenware/utensils/appliances, the complimentary bottle of wine, the 6 person golf cart (very nice btw), to the luxury pool area, bedrooms/bathrooms, everything was exactly as we would have hoped for in a vacation home. Oh, and the closet full of beach chairs and beach toys was definitely a plus as well (no one wants to haul beach chairs/beach accessories in their car on the way to beach, lol). The owners definitely want you to feel at home and they spared no expense in doing this. We will definitely be back. I don't think we can rent another home from here on out, lol. This was, quite simply, the best vacation home we've ever stayed in!! The home owners spared no expense in making us feel welcome. The amenities were endless, from kitchenware/utensils, bathroom accessories, beach supplies/towels, pool accessories, to the 6 person golf cart. They literally have everything you would need for an enjoyable beach vacation! They also have a great eye for interior decorating as the whole home is decorated with a high-end style/feel. We will most definitely be back. Can't say enough nice things about this stay.
