Welcome to Keys in the Conch Shell, a thoughtfully curated oceanfront retreat brought to you by Holden Coast Collective.
This Luxury 5 BR 4 Bath home has everything you need for a worry free family vacation. Every detail is intentionally selected to create a home that feels both elevated and welcoming and allows you to just show up and enjoy!
We are locals in Holden Beach and are happy to communicate with you as often as necessary during your stay.
Keys in the Conch Shell is within walking distance to Bridgeview Park where you'll find a playground, basketball and pickleball courts as well as a splash pad for the kids. You can also easily walk to local restaurants, Ocean Blvd. Coffee and to the Sunday Night Concerts.

Wow! I truly cannot say enough about this property. We have stayed in several beach houses over the years with our family of four and another family of four (eight people total), and this was, without question, our favorite.From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The home was absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location is outstanding—it is truly beachfront. From the back of the house, it’s less than a one-minute walk to the sand, which made going back and forth with kids incredibly easy.The amenities were fantastic. There were plenty of beach and pool toys, floats, an amazing pool, and a hot tub that everyone enjoyed after long days at the beach. The layout of the home was perfect for two families traveling together. With five bedrooms, our family comfortably stayed on the top floor while our close friends had the lower floor, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy.Jenny was an exceptional host. She was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, although, honestly, we barely needed to reach out because everything was so well prepared. The beds were extremely comfortable, the furniture felt new and modern, and the kitchen was beautiful and well equipped for cooking meals together.This home played a huge part in making our vacation so memorable. We made wonderful family memories here, and we genuinely hope to return year after year. Thank you for sharing such an incredible home!!
