This open, airy, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families and golfers. This waterfront retreat is located in beautiful Sunset Village on Sandpiper Bay Golf Course, offering stunning views of the neighboring lake and the golf course itself.
This top-floor condo sits in the center of several famous golf courses. It's a haven for beach-goers as well, just six miles from breathtaking Sunset Beach and eight miles from lovely Ocean Isle Beach. Go shopping and dine out in nearby Calabash, North Myrtle Beach, and Shallotte. Or, find all sorts of fun within Sunset Village, including an outdoor pool, a tennis court, and grills on the grounds. Access to Sandpiper Bay Golf Course & Country Club is not included, but you're welcome for a fee.

Check in was smooth and the place was very clean. It was a quiet and relaxing community. Had everything we needed to cook with and all the extras to start with TP, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and clean towels. Would definitely stay hear again.
