This was a great beach house, while not perfect, it definitely got the job done. Everyone was happy with the selection.

Quiet, clean, well designed and spacious beachfront home within walking distance of Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Decks have great ocean front views and easy private boardwalk access to beautiful beach. Garage is spacious with good storage. Elevator was handy for loading and unloading. Kitchen well stocked with working appliances, had all we needed for some large family meals. Bedrooms have plenty of storage, comfy beds and pillows, were cool at night with nicely working HVAC, fans were provided for decks. Would definitely stay here again! Rental company was very responsive, has built-in communication via text/email throughout the week for feedback.

Yes it was very welcoming and ready for us when we arrived. It was everything that we expected and had a memorable time as a family. Only issue was with the elevator but the repairman showed us what to do when it quit on us. Just needs some usual maintenance upkeep.

Comfortable beds, beach front, and good communication. We wish the thermostat would go lower than 70, but we were there in October, so it wasn't too bad. We enjoyed our stay.
