A small portion of the grassy yard is even fenced for your dog to enjoy safely.

The place needed a lot of care things were loose and not working. I reported the bathroom faucet was falling apart. and they actually asked me if I could see if something could be fixed on it. I guess they think I carry a tool pouch with me. Overall, it needed a lot of work. Inside and out. One good thing about it was I could see the ocean across the street from the balcony. that was about it.
