This award-winning oceanfront estate features 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, plus 3 additional half baths, all designed with comfort and elegance in mind. Nestled within Waikoloa Beach Resort, Pacific Sunset Villa is your own private retreat by the sea.
Step into the spacious great room, complete with a plush sofa, lounge seating, and an entertainment area with a wall-mounted LCD television. A full wet bar with a wine cooler makes entertaining effortless. The gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island with a gas stove and griddle. The adjacent dining area seats eight, and with the pocket lanai doors fully open, you'll enjoy seamless indoor–outdoor living surrounded by the sounds of the tropics.

VRBO, Waikaloa Vacation Rental Management/Customer Service were first rate. The home is beautiful, well maintained, well stocked and very comfortable. The grounds/pool are immaculate. The view is breathtaking. We called customer service for a couple of small issues/requests and the response/resolution were immediately performed. If we return to the area, then this would be one of our top choices to stay.

The home is very lovely and accurately described on the Kona coast. The kitchen was well stocked for meal preparations and greatly appreciated. The privacy and the opportunities to relax were wonderful! The downside was technology and the lack of support from the property managers. The daytime property manager on duty was clearly miffed that I called to state that the sound system was inoperable, and they mentioned a technician would come to repair, but never appeared to do. A surprising individual entered our house on one of the afternoons when we were away to disassemble and repair TV cabinetry in the master bedroom. He was unannounced by property management, and our daughter was sleeping in the house at the time. It was not appreciated and he remained working on the cabinetry through our dinner hour. We figured out that the Jacuzzi temperature could only adjusted when we downloaded an app to do this via mobile phone. The bicycles presented an attractive activity, but all bicycle tires were flat, and no tire pump to be found. I give it five stars because we were favorably inclined to have a wonderful, relaxing vacation. However, the property management support is lacking and in need for improvement.
