Come be our guests in our newly built home designed with peace and serenity in mind. This modern, well-lit space is situated in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for families. Located just 5 minutes away from shops and restaurants and only a 6-minute drive to White Rock Beach, this spacious, clean, and bright suite features beautiful Mount Baker views from the backyard. It’s a mere 2-minute drive from the Grandview Heights Aquatic Centre and gym.

• 2 Queen beds with hotel-quality bedding and pillows
• This suite is equipped to sleep 4 people comfortably; however, it has the capacity to sleep 5 if you utilize the couch.

• Kitchen with brand new appliances (microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven) and plenty of dishware and utensils

This is a basement apartment. The owners had a party in the other half of the basement which went til all hours of the night. People coming and going. Loud people and flood lights shining in the rental. Really no outdoor space as it says. Small parcel of grass but nothing to sit on such as chairs. It was clean tho so that was a plus. A shared washer and dryer with them too. Never have had that before.
