The location was wonderful and the owner's daughter who manages for her parents was wonderful. However, the main contact listed by Evolve (management group) was a nightmare but more to follow on that. The house is dated but pictures show that. However for a beach weekend, it's right where we wanted to be.

The Evolve main contact and cleaning crew were subpar. I would say 90% of the issues laid within that group and 10% was just the house being outdated. Bonnie at Evolve isn't helpful and will send boiler plate texts and not really answer you. The house floor's were covered in sand and the couch covers were stained. Again, something that if the cleaners cleaned well could have been avoided.
