This is a gem of a hotel. It's pristine. The rooms are so posh. Comfy bed, cool living room, huge bathroom. The no front desk was not a problem, since I was coming and going in the morning and evenings. They still checked in on me and made sure I had what I needed. The coffee shop next door was great (busy on Saturday morning); however, as a non-coffee drinker a tea kettle in the room would have been preferred. Yes, it's in a different part of town, but it felt safe and was easy to find. The Holy City brewery was great and convenient for dinner when I arrived. On another night I texted for other restaurant recommendations and they immediately sent me a list and their favorite. (If you need a reasonably priced parking garage if you go in to Charleston, go to 25 Prioleau Street).
$23 a night for assigned uncovered parking across the street behind a gas station.

Everything was very clean and updated! It was located perfectly so you can go downtown or into park circle for a good meal/drinks. The elevators have a code for guests use only, making sure you and everyone else are safe, which I loved. I spoke with Julia for most of my stay, she was great and super responsive to any questions that I had along the way.
