The view from the patio was gorgeous. The garden was well kept. The main house was overall very nice. Great outside lighting. Quiet and safe neighborhood.
Main house kitchen needs better plates. Not much pots and pans for cooking, especially for a family of eight people. The large flat with kitchenette only had cups, no glasses.
Bathrooms have one ply toilet paper.
Both flats smelled like mold upon arrival.
Gas ran out on our last evening. We could not use the stove without gas and had no hot water.

The view is amazing and the accommodation was exceptional. Everything was clean and organised and the staff and owners were so welcoming. This is truly an exceptional accommodation! We were five guys on a GS Adventure trip - fabulous memories were made here!

We had an amazing stay and would definitely return. The highlight for us was being able to enjoy the entire lagoon from the balcony. The garden views were also absolutely stunning and incredibly peaceful.
The location is perfect, with easy access to the many tourist attractions in and around Knysna, which made exploring the area so convenient. It truly felt like the ideal base for both relaxation and sightseeing.
We highly recommend Lagoonside Lookout to anyone looking for comfort, beautiful scenery, and a great Knysna experience.
