Die Villa ist wirklich außergewöhnlich was die Lage und Architektur betrifft. Der Service durch Chanon war excellent. Alle Informationen was/wo wurde ausführlichst beantwortet. Jedes Problem wurde umgehend behoben, die defekte Waschmaschine schnellstmöglich mit einem Ersatzmodell getauscht. Alle Informationen zur Anreise per whattsapp rechtzeitig übermittelt.
Die Sitzmöbel sind alt und müssen alle getauscht oder aufgearbeitet werden, Internet ist problematisch, die Türschlösser und Schiebetüren im Haus sollten leichtgängiger sein (teilweise konnten wir die Türen nicht öffnen), der Pool eignet sich zum Abkühlen aber nicht zum Schwimmen. Die Beleuchtung in der Küche und teilweise auch den Wohnräumen ist unzureichend.
Alle Küchenutensilien ( Töpfe, Pfannen, Kochgeschirr) sowie Geschirr und Gläser sind ein Sammelsurium und machen es unmöglich bei mehr als 2 Personen ein einheitliches ansprechendes Tischgefühl zu erzeugen. Definitiv unter dem Niveau einer Gartenlaube und überhaupt nicht passend zu dieser herrlichen herrschaftlichen Villa.

كانت بمثابة قصر وليس فيلا .. فخمة جداً مذهلة رائعة لم أر مثلها في حياتي
لقد أخذوا مني مبلغ تأمين قدره 10000 راند ولكنهم لم يعيدوه كاملاً وكانت حجتهم بأن البنك هو قد خصم العمولة ولكن هل العمولة ستكون ما يقارب 300 درهم ؟! وبعثت هي بإيصالات تثبت صحة ما قالته ولكن من المفترض أنها تأخذه كاش مثلا أفضل لنا من هذا الخصم الهائل

Easy access and location was excellent
The couches need replacing on both lounges. The seats are not enough (kitchen and patio) got the number of people the accommodation is for. then the wifi was not functional most of our stay and the facilities personnel did not respond timeously.
