Beautiful Modern 3 Bedroom Home

I booked this property for two nights and it was such an amazing day. Me and my two friends stayed at the property and it was such a cozy home. Very clean beautiful home with outstanding facilities. I really recommend this.!!!!! Amazing stay, will definitely be booking again. The host was really lovely very understanding and the check-in was really smooth.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Lovely spacious property, nicely decorated and clean. Large garden for pets and children to enjoy. Off street parking is a big plus especially in the busy London streets. Short walk to nearest tube/train line and close to local shops takeaways. Fantastic quick communication and friendly host

No air con but we don’t have heat waves every year so not really needed but would have been nice to have a couple fans available to help cool rooms at night. Cold water not connected in upstairs bathroom but not a massive issue

It was very clean and fresh and the location was great for the places we needed to get to, the area was surprisingly quiet.

There was 5 of us staying there but there were only 3 mugs, no tea spoons and there was no cold water in the upstairs bathroom.

The location and facilities are great

I booked the property from 30th Dec to 6th Jan knowing very well my arrival will be on 31st but very early in the morning and didn’t want to wait whole morning before being checked in at 3pm. And this I informed the host. Upon reaching the address in the booking.com app, the host directed me to a different address after insisting I pay a deposit of 300£ which eventually my brother did. Further insisting he had done us a favor by allowing us check in early even though we had paid for the previous night which we didn’t use. We were showed where the key was and fast forward we moved in. There is no broom the clean the house. Only a mob which we managed to clean the house till we left. The host didn’t check us in remember. He only showed where the key was. There were no floor towels in the property. We had to use one of their dirty towels as floor towels. I checked out on 6th of January by 10am and informed the host. Prior to that I had asked he comes around to check the facility before I move out which he gave alot of excuses for and hence didn’t come. On the app we are told the deposit will be given back to us in cash probably after the inspection has been done but this wasn’t my case. I was informed by the host I will receive my deposit of 300£ after 48hrs when they do their assessment in my absence. My host said his duvet and pillow cases are damaged because my little girl spilled her paracetamol syrup in it. Again he claims the towels were damaged cos we used it as a floor towel. Again he said after lifting my bottles in the bathroom I didn’t clean beneath the bottle and it stained the top of the window(which can be wiped off actually). My host also claims I scratched his wall which pictures I have attached. He claimed a portion of his center piece had been damaged which I can confidently say wasn’t done by me and my daughter and also I damaged his cooker which I can also say is a lie. In effect my 300£ was not refunded.
