房間很大，很乾淨，需要檢附的設備都有，重點離逛街超近，走下去就到了，地理位置很好

因為靠近逛街地方，要找進來停車有點麻煩；另房間用投影機看，牆面屬工業風，投影時都會看到後面牆面，建議可以改用布幕

這次入住的整體體驗非常滿意！ 住宿的**地理位置真的非常棒**，就在由布院熱鬧的區域，前往湯之坪街道、金鱗湖都非常方便；房型也讓我們非常驚喜，空間寬敞、舒適，設備完善，還有私人溫泉及停車空間。對我們一家人來說，不論地點、空間或住宿品質都非常優秀，是這趟旅程中很喜歡的一間住宿。 唯一比較困擾的是，住宿分為好幾棟，我們剛抵達時有些搞不清楚自己預訂的房間究竟位於哪一棟，現場的指示也不是很明確。當時找了一陣子，最後還很幸運地遇到住在另一棟的旅客熱心幫忙聯繫，才順利找到我們入住的地方。 如果能在入住前提供更清楚的**棟別名稱、建築物外觀照片及位置指引**，相信會讓第一次入住的旅客更加安心，也能更順利地完成入住。 除了剛抵達時的小插曲之外，其他部分我們都非常滿意。**地點與房型真的非常優秀，是會讓人想再次入住，也會推薦給親友的由布院住宿！**

We rented an apartment without breakfast. The location is superb, and the apartment was modern and well-equipped. I would happily stay here again if I return.

The apartments were not marked on the outside, so it was impossible to know which door to use. There was also no information indicating that the doors were sliding doors, so we had some difficulty finding the right door and figuring out how to open it. However, the host was very helpful over the phone. Once inside the courtyard, we unfortunately could not get into the apartment because there was a problem with the lock. Fortunately, we received good assistance and the door was unlocked remotely. Later that evening, a staff member came and repaired the lock. Unfortunately, the gate lock stopped working again before 9 a.m. the next morning, so we had some issues then as well. The parking area is very close by, but it is a gravel lot that becomes extremely muddy and dirty when it rains. The luggage therefore has to be carried from the car to the apartment to avoid bringing too much dirt inside.

Tout !! L’architecture de la maison, son agencement, les équipements … Tout était très confortable et spacieux et rien n’est laissé au hasard. L’emplacement est idéal en plein centre de Yufuin, à 5mn du Lac et juste à côté de la rue centrale. L’environnement de la maison est très calme. Le bain privatif en extérieur est juste incroyable pour apprécier un moment de détente en regardant les étoiles.
