O imóvel tem ótima localização e é muito seguro. O condomínio é lindo, muito organizado, funcionários muito educados e sempre dispostos a ajudar. A casa possui acomodações excelentes, dotada de estrutura de utensílios e acessórios destinados á preparação de refeições, com serviço de limpeza satisfatório. Não tenho nada a reclamar. O proprietário é muito atencioso e gentil. Não é atoa que me hospedei pela 3ª vez, e quero voltar. Flávia Montes Claros-MG

A casa nos atendeu perfeitamente, está muito mais conservada e sofisticada do que nas fotos. Quartos e banheiros amplos. A piscina do condomínio é aquecida. O Sr Roberto é de extrema seriedade tudo que foi combinado e prometido foi cumprido a risca. Só elogios, sem contar a Mari que deixava a casa limpinha e organizada durante nossas idas a Praia. Obrigado por tudo, se está em dúvida não deixe de escolher este imóvel, vale a pena mesmo!

O imóvel é ótimo, a casa é espaçosa e arejada, ideal para quem quer paz e sossego, pois é um local muito ermo. Porém tivemos dificuldades em desfrutar das áreas de lazer do condomínio oferecidas pelo anunciante.
