The main house features, on the first floor, a living room, an open-concept kitchen overlooking the pool, a half-bath, and a laundry area.
In the living room, guests can enjoy the view of the pool, read a good book, or chat. Also on the first floor are two suites with double beds.
The entire upper floor is occupied by the master suite, which features a king-size bed and a sofa bed.
The two chalets attached to the main house each accommodate three adults. They feature an air-conditioned suite, a living room with a ceiling fan, and a balcony. The property comfortably accommodates 13 adults and 5 children up to 6 years old, provided they share their parents’ bed.

POLICY
- Small pets are allowed. - Check-in time: 3:00 PM / Check-out time: 11:00 AM - Minimum stay: 3 nights, except for packages and periods with specific durations. - You must provide a list of guests with full names, ID numbers, and CPF numbers.

RENTAL - The rental agreement will be finalized after full payment of the rent is received 24 hours prior to check-in. - A 50% deposit must be paid at the time of booking/signing the contract, and the remaining 50% must be paid 24 hours prior to check-in. Please inquire about alternative payment arrangements.
- Upon arrival at the property, a security check in the amount of R$1,800.00 must be issued, which will be used to cover any damages or losses caused to the property during the rental period.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - Maximum occupancy is 13 people plus 5 children up to 6 years old, provided they share a bed with their parents. Occupancy exceeding the permitted limit is not allowed for reasons of comfort and convenience.
CLEANING - The TENANT may request daily cleaning during their stay for a fee of (R$250.00 – two hundred and fifty reais) per day; it is NECESSARY to provide 24 hours’ notice. - For reservations of 7 days or more, one cleaning service—including a change of bed linens and towels—is included. Cleaning services do not include the washing of personal clothing, dishes, or utensils.
BEDDING AND BATH LINENS - Bedding: The LANDLORD provides a set of bedding and bath linens to the TENANT and their guests at no cost. -A change of linens (bed and bath) may be requested at a cost of R$ 350.00 per house.
ELECTRICITY - Consumption of 50 KWh per day is included. - Consumption is charged at R$ 1.50 per kWh used (meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out).
