Modern and very well-equipped apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and garden area are nice, and parking was available. The bathroom is a very small, and the TV cannot be watched from the bed. I would particularly recommend this apartment for short stays of 2–3 days; for longer stays or travelers with larger luggage, one of the bigger apartments may be a better option. A few details worth noting: the pool is shared by all five apartments rather than private; ground-floor apartments do not have a real sea view, apart from a small glimpse from one corner of the garden; and there is a street fountain nearby, which can be quite noisy and is easily heard from the garden or when the door is open. The room also felt quite humid. Overall, a pleasant stay in a new/renovated property.

The apartment itself was excellent, very clean, modern, and fully automated, which made check-in and access very smooth. The location in Ponta do Sol was perfect for exploring Madeira day by day, and the overall setting was beautiful and peaceful. The property owner was also very helpful and responsive whenever needed.

Sehr schöne, saubere und top moderne kleine 1- Zimmer Wohung mit einer kleinen Küche. Es wurde an jedes Detail gedacht und mit liebe eingerichtet. Der Pool und der schöne Aussenbereich hat uns sehr gefallen. Ausserdem besitz die Unterkunft einen Parkplatz. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen und man erreicht innert 5- 10 Minuten das kleine Dörfchen mit kleinen Restaurants, Cafés und den schönen Strand. Wir würden aufjedenfall nochmals vorbeikommen.
