Nice and clean. Very new.

Limited breakfast options. Very cold in the morning during breakfast too.

新しく綺麗でスタッフの方は親切でした！ 朝食のパンが美味しかったです。

泊まったお部屋の窓が小さく、またその窓もシートが貼られていたので、自然光が0なので、少し閉塞感を感じました。

서면에서 숙박은 처음이였는데, 정말 편안했습니다. 위치도 정말 좋았고, 친구들과 편하게 묵을 수 있었어요. 4인 예약을 했는데, 처음엔 3인실로 예약되어 당황했지만 침구도 편하게 깔아주신 덕분에 친구들과 좁지 않게 잘 수 있었어요. 아침엔 토스트와 커피도 제공해주셔서 정말 맛있게 먹었습니다. :) 다음에 서면 방문하게 된다면 네스트리 호텔로 또 올거에요. 다음번엔 4인 정원인 방으로 재차 확인하며 예약해야겠어요 😆 재방문 200%인 곳!!

아쉬웠던 점은 딱히 없습니다.

- very clean - good location - a lot of amenities (bathing, kettle in the room)

- no AC for the first night, they didn't tell me that immediately even though it turned out they were fully aware that it didn't work, even before I checked in. The lack of communication was the biggest problem. After I complained they gave me a fan. They claimed the problem will be solved but then they told me I need to move to a new room which meant moving all my stuff again for a two night stay. Very inconvenient and i wish they were upfront with the issue. - during the first ac-less night I opened the window but there was very loud construction that woke me up in the morning which the window made worse. But you can still hear the construction with a closed window because they're expanding the hotel itself - a cleaning person walked in on me changing because they were not informed I had to change rooms. I understand one mistake but I was already annoyed by the lack of communication before this - no bell after hours, if you need something you need to be able to ring a Korean number
