Everything was nice and clean, i appreciated having a kitchen and a washing machine. The Dyson hair dryer, in the room, was also a really nice touch.
No view from the room. Also, because of the short glass wall in the shower it was hard not to get water everywhere when taking a shower. I was a bit worried about how to dry up all the water all over the floor

New and stylish interior.

Very close to station
It’s hard to move the luggage. As it located on a very steep slope. The bathroom shower designed make the water go all the way out, filled a mini swimming pool in the whole bathroom every time when shower. The only way to solve it is turn on the floor heat and try to stop the water coming out with the big towels

新沙の駅から近くてコンビニも坂を降りたらすぐある
坂を上がってすぐのところに
ローカルなスーパー⁈が深夜2時まで開いてて便利でした
モダンで清潔で広さも十分
3名で2ベッドルームにしたので快適でした
パスワードも分かりやすく早いフライトで着いても11時以降ならドアの内側にスーツケースを置かせてもらえた
チェックアウト後も14時までは置かせてもらえる
この設備でこのお値段だとお得感あった
２つトイレとシャワーがあるが １つのシャワーがドアに向かって出るので
気づいたらドアの外が水浸しになって以後１つのシャワールームだけ使った
ソウルはどこでもですが水圧は低いです トイレも流れにくい
ホテル前の坂がびっくりするくらい急でしたがUberタクシーの人は上手に止まってくれました
歩いてスーツケースは結構大変かも

It is as pictured. Nice design.
The property is on a street that is quite steep so be aware of that for taxi drop off and luggage handling as well as getting back home every day after a long day out.
The shower also had some major drainage issues. There was no cleaning scheduled unless we requested it. And since it’s a no staff property we weren’t able to store our luggages after checkout unfortunately.
