Maybe some written details needed on where the location of the flat is, a bit tricky to find it using the address only.

We loved the location and the internal decor. Bedding and towels were of a good quality. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities other than to make cups of tea but all the equipment looked to be of a high standard. Photos were a true representation. The property is in the centre of Botley but we were not disturbed by traffic noise.
We were there during a very hot period. We opened the kitchen and bathroom windows but the large sash windows in the bedrooms and lounge appeared to be stuck due to recent painting. We did make use of the fan supplied.
