It was easy to find and parking was no problem. The room was amazing. Very spacious with every possible convenience including: toothbrush charging points, iPhone charger, mini fridge that included three different types of milk and orange juice. There was also a kettle with numerous different types of tea and coffee, as well as hot, chocolate, sugar and sugar substitute plus biscuits and packets of crisps! Besides, this, there was a range of glasses and mugs as well as two dinner plates with a full range of cutlery! The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there were a range of pillows for me to choose from. The bedlinen was extremely high quality cotton, which added, yet another layer of comfort. The heating in the room included a radiator with controls and a heating/cooling fan. There was a very large television that rose out of the foot of the bed, which had both NOW TV and the full range of sky channels including films! The ensuite facilities were equally wonderful with the option of a shower or a bath. The room had shutters at the windows, which allowed a good level of darkness overnight. Despite being near the A27, it was very quiet. Every possible need or convenience have been considered. The host was great too, checking I had everything I needed in case there was something she had missed!

There is nothing that could’ve been better.I have never stayed anywhere that considered so many potential needs and fulfilled these needs with great style.

Only one thing I’d say is a bigger bed for a king room maybe a king bed was a little on small side but very comfortable, not a negative but something maybe in future.

We both liked how welcoming and kind the host was by making us feel relaxed. our room was absolutely beautiful, clean, tidy, and the bed was super comfy. we definitely will be back, and we will be recommending Wendy's place to others.

Warm welcome from the owner Great provisions supplied (little glass bottle of milk along with some uht milk and some dairy free, filtered bottle of water & carton of orange juice all in the fridge along with some tea, coffee and hot choc, granola bar, crisps, biscuits) extremely comfy bed and pillows good supply of towels (2 decent sized ones) excellent fan for the hot weather good tv with a decent selection of channels very quiet overlooking the owners back garden

the only thing I can fault is the size of the sink in the bathroom, it was really tiny although i'm not sure a bigger one would really fit in the space I also couldn't get on the wifi as it was a qr code to scan and it just wouldn't recognise it but as I was only staying 1 night it wasn't an issue, i'd have queried if i'd been staying longer

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

It was perfect in every way and was far more than my expectations. Immaculately clean, very comfortable bed and enough wardrobe space if you wanted to stay for a while. More than tea and coffee making facilities, fridge etc. There was milk, orange juice and filtered water. The area is lovely and peaceful

This location was perfect for my one-day trip to the local office. The facilities were top-notch, and they were maintained well.

What a stunning room, there was no expense spared when it came to the decor and facilities in this room. The bed was amazingly comfy, there was a fridge with soft drinks provided, coffee/tea and even mini cartons of oat milk! There was everything you need for a short stay and the hosts were really friendly and welcoming. Such a beautiful home and fantastic value for money this is the nicest place I’ve stayed! Thank you

Perfectly located near M27. A stunning room with an amazing and accommodating host. Nothing was a problem. Excellent communication prior to arrival. Bed was most comfy I've ever had! Would highly recommend over hotels etc!
