Ample amount of space. Good access to Montrose, museums and downtown. Quirky bar style glass washer. Two ply toilet paper!
Lack of linen: There were only two bath towels. No wash cloths, hand towels or kitchen towels. Basic kitchen cooking utensils are needed. Lack of natural light - need sheer curtain or blinds in the main room. Two inch gap under entry door compromises safety.
