Very spacious and comfortable. Lots of stuff in walking distance. Good wifi.

I loved everything about this property the bed was comfortable, the shower was so big. The washer and dryer at the property worked so well. I would definitely stay here again
The only complaint I have was it was hard to find parking a few nights but that's it.

Location close to everything in Montrose, full kitchen, large unit with more space than the front facing one downstairs, hosts are mostly friendly and very responsive. For $57, better or the same as a cheap motel room.
Cleanliness is very hit or miss, main hallway and entry is damp and smelly, neighbors were extremely loud all day and night, shower temperature controls are spotty. Unit has odd, somewhat unsettling windows/facing balcony… they’re nailed shut and glass is frosted so you cannot see what’s on the other side. Not an issue for me but may be for other guests wanting more privacy.
