I appreciated when I received quick responses to my inquiries. There were some issues that were not resolved, but it was a last minute booking. They accommodated my request in a timely manner when they could. Also grateful for the washing and drying.
I would rather speak to the manager or owner to discuss this.

Very spacious and comfortable. Lots of stuff in walking distance. Good wifi.
There wasn't an iron but then one showed up at my door!

Location close to everything in Montrose, full kitchen, large unit with more space than the front facing one downstairs, hosts are mostly friendly and very responsive. For $57, better or the same as a cheap motel room.
Cleanliness is very hit or miss, main hallway and entry is damp and smelly, neighbors were extremely loud all day and night, shower temperature controls are spotty. Unit has odd, somewhat unsettling windows/facing balcony… they’re nailed shut and glass is frosted so you cannot see what’s on the other side. Not an issue for me but may be for other guests wanting more privacy.
