This beautifully appointed home offers one of the largest private yards in Montrose, perfect for outdoor relaxation and activities. Situated in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood, you can walk or bike to the best restaurants and attractions that Montrose, Midtown, and Neartown have to offer. We've poured a lot of love, time, and effort into it, and we hope you love the result!

-3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms: Comfortably sleeps up to 8-9 guests with 4 cozy beds and an additional air mattress for extra flexibility.
-Private Roof Deck: Take in breathtaking panoramic views of northern Houston, stretching from River Oaks to Downtown. It’s the perfect place to watch the 4th of July fireworks or unwind with a glass of wine as you soak in the stunning skyline.

The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.

Nestled in the heart of Montrose, our home places you within walking or biking distance of the best local restaurants, shops, and attractions in Montrose, Midtown, and Neartown. Plus, you're just a stone's throw from Buffalo Bayou, where you can explore scenic trails, lush parks, and a host of outdoor activities.

Walking/Biking: Montrose is a highly walkable and bike-friendly neighborhood. Enjoy a leisurely stroll or rent a bike to explore local eateries, shops, and attractions.
Public Transit: The Metro Bus and Light Rail services provide convenient access to various parts of Houston. The nearest bus stop is just a short walk away.
Rideshares: Services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for quick and easy transportation around the city.

PETS:
We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.
Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.
Respect the Neighbors: Be considerate of the surrounding residents. Do not block their parking spots or driveways. This is a residential neighborhood, so please observe quiet times from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Parties: NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. Gatherings must be limited to our MAX occupancy. Violating this rule will result in a mandatory $2000 fine and forfeit of your rent.
Disclaimer: We have EXTERIOR security cameras at the entrance of our home that record activity when someone enters or leaves the area. These cameras ensure compliance with our House Rules, including monitoring occupancy, pet policy, smoking policy, and party/guest policy. Footage remains private and is used solely for these purposes and liability.
Local Guests: Local guests must contact us before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We reserve the right to decline bookings from guests who refuse to complete our pre-screening process or disagree with our house rules.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Owner was very helpful and responsive and house is great. We also recommend a visit to Lackland Grocery across the street.

The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s is an absolute beauty. The finishes are premium and you can tell they put thought in to the aesthetic. The rooftop area has a skyline view. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Close to everything! Highly recommend!
