Min Stay is in a great location, a short walk to Seoul Station. We were in Seoul on holiday for 4 days so being by the station was very convenient. The host very kindly let us check in early as our plane landed in the morning so we were pretty tired having travelled from Ireland. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was very effective.
The kitchen table is in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is quite small so it wouldn't fit in it. It didn't really matter to us as we ate out most of the time. There were plenty of places nearby and they were pretty good value.
