Location was exceptional, very close to Seoul station. Suits well for budget travellers.
No visible ventilation in the bathroom. Shower isn't separated so the whole floor gets wet and slippery after showering.

We stayed one night to catch an early train from Seoul Station. Clean. A full house equipped with everything. Three big rooms. Good table for dining. The location was perfect for Seoul Station. Good communication via the chat feature on the app. No unnecessary messages. The location was easy to find (unlike most private listings in Seoul). For the price we paid, it was great value.
It’s up a hill but didn’t make a difference to us. Just be aware of it if you have luggage. It can be easily accessed by taxi too.

Near to Seoul Station ext 15. About 15min walk. Spacious 3 room & 1 bath. Big kitchen.
Have to climb a steep hill to the house. Bathroom door cannot lock. Have difficulty to open the front door.
