I thought the place was very good neat and tidy good size rooms. Breakfast was good, although I did not have any, but they offered a good variety of cereals.
I was not aware that we had to share the showers with 4 others made for a good delay

The heating. The small fan heater in my room had to be turned off and on to manage a reasonable heat. Vey cold coming into the room as I didn't want to leave it on all day. The entrance was warm but the tv lounge was icy going in.

Husband had muesli, cereal & milk. A cup coffee. I ate a couple of delicious biscuits. Only minor negative was teabags slightly stale. The presentation of facilities was at luxury level and made us feel at home.
Noise from other guests - but not we accepted as value for money well acceded any inconvience. We did use the fan heater as room chilly on arrival - again something to expect at this time of year.
