Spacious Lux Four-Bedroom Living - C London & Westminster

Stayed here for four nights with family. Everything was as expected and the flat was comfortable throughout our stay. There were a couple of minor marks from general wear, but nothing that affected our stay. The location more than made up for it and the host was excellent.

The property was very clean and spacious as well as very conveniently located!

The beds were comfortable. There was a good amount of space in the apartment. Was provided additional towels several days after our arrival. These were requested prior to arrival. Close enough to the Oval underground station. Nisa shop across the road.

While the beds were clean and comfortable the rest of the apartment was somewhat grubby. Dirty walls, baked in dirt on floors. Bath was grubby. Bathroom mirror was filthy. The front door to the apartment opens outwards and the lock to the apartment looks like it will fall off with a good pull so did not feel particularly secure. Fire exit was blocked with rubbish. would have been an issue if needed to use. For the price I expected hand soap that was not watered down to the point where it didn't work. Cost cutting at the extreme. There were some fans provided but one was clearly broken with a missing leg. for the price I expected a better quality towel instead of worn out black cotton polyester mix. The bedding was a weird synthetic. Cotton would have been better. We were provided with new hand soap after complaining. We were not provided with a safety bath mat to go inside the bath. It was dangerous to go in and out of the bath which you have to, to use the shower. The shower is dire, being attached to the bath taps. For the price I expected a better shower. Shower was either boiling or freezing. Thankfully we were out during the day and ate elsewhere. No colander provided so could not realistically cook. Also the freezer was frozen shut so could not use during the hottest May on record. The toilet took 15 minutes to refill after a flush. Bathroom extractor fan was as loud as a helicopter. I could continue but will stop there.
