Nós gostamos muito das gurias da recepção e do gerente Carlos, eles foram muito acolhedores e prestativos. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. O hotel é lindíssimo e os quartos são confortáveis. Nova prata é uma cidade bem calma e todo mundo era muito amigável.
