The location was very convenient, especially for visiting Petra, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and great value for money. The staff were warm, friendly. Special Thanks for the late check out.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay with good value for money.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing. The bread was stale, the tea was cold, and there was very little variety.
It is completely understandable that tourism in Petra is currently affected and that hotels may be operating with fewer guests than usual. However, even if there is only one guest staying at the hotel, it would be nice to see some effort made to provide a fresh and enjoyable breakfast. A smaller selection would be perfectly understandable, but the basics should still be fresh.
Hopefully, this is something the hotel can improve, as it would make a noticeable difference to the overall guest experience.

The hotel may look modest from the outside, but it exceeded my expectations. I was given a very spacious room with a balcony and a fantastic view over the Wadi Musa area. Mr. Mohammed at the reception is incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. He prepared my room for early check-in, understanding that I had just arrived after an overnight journey and a long drive from Amman. Parking is sufficient and absolutely essential if you are traveling by car, as there is nowhere else nearby to park. The WiFi worked very well, and the air conditioning, which is crucial in this region, was also reliable. The bed was so comfortable that I slept for 12 hours on my first night, which says a lot about how comfortable my stay was. It was honestly hard to leave.
Make sure to bring earplugs. At times, there may be local celebrations in the city, with groups driving around late at night honking or making loud noises. It can get quite noisy. This is not related to the hotel itself, but it is good to be prepared.
