It is very close to so many restaurants and entertainment.
There is only two “free on-site” parking spots in the alley where you get your key fob. I had to park two blocks away at 35.00 a night. Not that this is a problem, but know this is an issue in advance. It is a secure building, grocery store on corner. The attendant I know as “Mr. D” was very kind and helpful. The host was very responsive. Anything I needed was provided. I did tell him/her if they updated their listing to be more clear on the “free onsite private parking” to read “limited parking onsite available” I wouldn’t mention it. However a week later has not been changed. Evidently they have 50 units or so Airbnb in this building with only two spots available.

The location is wonderful; near many attractions and restaurants.
The apartment needs some attention. Many small issues need to be addressed. Example: no drawers for clothes but a huge closet…with no hangers. Not enough silverware. Cooking items missing or broken. Things like this add up.
