The upscale loft space was ideal for an overnight stop in the city during a 2-day road trip. Walkable distance to great restaurants and nightlife.

The interactions with the host after booking were very awkward. There was no info given initially about when we would be given the key code. There were lots of questions from the host about the purpose of our visit, the breed of our pet, documentation of vaccinations, warnings about extreme penalties for smoking, etc. The host asked for a $25 pet fee, even though the listing said there was no fee. When I pointed this out, the host said the fee was waived even though I had already paid it. At some point, it seemed like we were conversing with a chatbot instead of a human.

Excellent location in downtown Cleveland, within walking distance of the stadium, restaurants, and attractions. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy because the host provided clear instructions, including helpful illustrations for accessing the keys. Although the building does not have on-site parking, there is a convenient public parking garage nearby that worked perfectly for us.
