Good location. Close to Sedona and attractions without all the traffic and noise.

Great B+B with southwestern feels on the outside of Uptown Sedona. While some might want to be in the hustle and bustle and touristy area, this was a great oasis for me and only about 20 minutes away from the heart of Sedona. The property was accessible with great views of Bell Rock - and several hikes within 10 minutes or less. Communication with the hosts was great and continued during the provided breakfast (get the waffles!). Great place to relax, from enjoying the views in the morning to relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. Highly reccomend for visitors of the area who want a relaxed vibe!

Breakfast was very good. Just the right amount
It would be nice to have small coffee maker in the room vs having to get dressed at 5 am to go to commons room for coffee
