The apartment is big. It has heating equipment in every room. For me was important and I could make comfortable temperature in the bedroom. The host replies very fast and is friendly. The kitchen is very well equipped.
The equipment for the internet is also in every room and made a bit annoying sound on the background. The bathroom lacks a pair of hooks to put on clothes or towel. The entrance door doesn’t have a door handle from outside (a bit odd) and it’s a bit tricky to close it when going out.

Nearby to ExCel where we had a convention, so was easy to go to and from the property. Kitchen was well stocked and had nice facilities available.
Property was nice and quiet and we were not disturbed by other people at all.
While heating was available, it did very little to actually warm the property. There was a poor smell in the kitchen that seemed to be masked by air fresheners being in every single socket of the property. Towels were dirty, and carpet cleaner was stuck within the carpet of the living room. Lamp in the bedroom does not work.
Despite there being a bath, we were advised not to use it (and the owners have removed the plug). I booked the property on the premise it had a bath, as i am unable to take showers due to my disability and was not told ahead of time.
There was also a £250 damage deposit required before our stay which, while we didn't mind paying, we were not made aware of this until after we had booked.
Despite reviews saying the key placement would be moved, we still had to go to a different building to retrieve the key.
