+ The way down to the parking space is very narrow, steep and in curve. It is very difficult with a large car. Gave me cold sweat... Stupid design. Could and should be improved. + The doorphone system is a nightmare of stupid sophistication. It was supposed to recognize my face automatically and unlock the common doors, but never did. I had to call remote human assistants at each of the two or three steps to reach the apartment door. Most often people answered within a few ten of seconds. Cumbersome, but OK. But once it took four minutes before the lady understood the situation and could unlock the elevator door for good. She really spoke only Portugese. Her Spanish or English (or other languages) was limited and that stressed/blocked her. Every time she understood what to do, someone had used the elevator in between and her deblocking was overridden/reset. Go explain this... Also this system blocks the way OUT as well. This is a MAJOR safety problem. In case of fire with smoke, no one will be recognised and the doors will remain locked. And the time to call the human assistant (if possible)... Most probably, the system will be out of order before this. I do not know who is the dumbest person who conceived this. This is a poor system and surely very costly. The buiding should get rid of this s...t. Sad, because all the rest is really fine.

Ótima localização, bem próximo da ponte. Apartamento tem tudo, bem completo.

O imóvel é muito bom, pessoas gentis, com boa infraestrutura e organização, tudo limpo, vale cada centavo, nos sentimos em casa, vcs são ótimos, obrigado pela estadia.
