Chuveiro para deixar a água quente, tem que deixar a vazão no mínimo e sai pouca água
Muitas vezes a porta de acesso da rua para os quartos não fecha corretamente e só fica encontrada, sendo assim qualquer pessoa pode adentrar

A localização é muito boa, é um kitnet, não tem café da manhã, as acomodações são boas, cumpre o que é proposto, mas não é hotel é tipo um arbnb.
Unico detalhe foi o cheiro de mofo no quarto.

Quarto grande com uma mini cozinha completa, bom custo benefício para quem quer ficar pouco tempo. Check-in e checkout fácil com ótima comunicação por WhatsApp.
Nosso quarto cheirava a esgoto, o cheiro no banheiro era insuportável, porém como chegamos tarde e era somente 1 noite acabamos nem pedindo para trocar. (Sugestão de colocar um ralo que abre e fecha para tentar resolver)
